cannot download airport/scenery without missinfg files or custom not in order have only airports and libraries no mesh

Tried a hundred different ways to load scenery  but always missing files or out of order. custom scenery file is airports then libraries no mesh

Can you be more specific about what files are missing? Is this with custom scenery or with default scenery? Provide a copy of the log.txt and possibly screenshots of the issue or warning if applicable.
