Cannot install latest beta release (April 30 release)

Question

Getting the following error message:

You can double check the permissions on the file to ensure you have read permissions. Otherwise, if it still seems to be locked, you can delete the file and run the installer to update again. It will replace it, hopefully without the write lock.
