Different aircraft, Different airports, different times of day. Not replay but regular procedures.

The landing gear will not retract. No indicated failure on any aircraft system. No error in the, "Custom Errors" for the aircraft that have that option. For the FF 767, the caution light flashes once but that's all.

The gear simply will not retract after take off.

After this happens I go around, land, shut down, reload the aircraft, start up, taxi, take off, same problem.

If I switch aircraft, sometimes the gear will retract, other times not. Same with restating x-plane. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Same thing with restarting the full computer. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

The last time it happened I gave up for the night. Came back the next morning and all was well. Completed a FF 777 flight ORD to SEA. No issues.

Switched to SSG 747F for flight from MEM to RFD... gear will not retract.

Help?

I don't know if this will answer your question but some aircraft are modeled to only allow gear retraction below a certain speed (as in reality). I know this is the case with Zibo Mod 737X. I have never had a problem like this with the FF 777. I don't know if it models this or not. I don't have the SSG 747F. I once tried to retract the gear in the Zibo Mod 737 above 220knts and could not. I had to lower my speed to retract.
