Can't enter the letter Z, so can't enter my activation code for JarDesign Gnh

Hello!

I just purchased JarDesign Ground Handling Deluxe and received my activation code!

Here's my problem, when in X-plane and loaded in on an airport I get asked to enter my activation code for the plugin. When I try to enter my code and to type a Z nothing happens, I've tried to copy paste only a Z (aslo the whole code) but all it makes is just a space.
I've tried to reinstall the plugin but with no luck.

Do anyone have a theory that might let me enter a Z?

I also am having this problem with the Z key not typing.  I cannot set into see the answer to the previous question, I am logged in.
