The map compasse rose heading is wrong

The map rose is showing a wrong heading.

For ex, I'm about to land at CYXY, runway 32R, the ils has set the course to 320, the instruments all agree and confirm I'm heading to 320 and the map roseshows about 340.

Anything to fix from my side ?
