I want to launch xp11 directly into flight mode skipping the main menu

Question

I am using a 3 screen warped setup that makes the standard menus unusable. I am controlling the sim via the instructor station and want after loading the software to sit in my cockpit in the situation saved as startup. This feature in P3D was solved with unchecking welcome screen, ia this possible in xp11 too somehow?
