In Settings > Graphics > Monitor Configuration, the monitors in use (e.g. Monitor 1, Main Monitor, Monitor 2) won't align properly in the vertical direction, so that once X-Plane resumes, I can no longer reach the leftmost screen with the mouse, because Monitor 1 is too "high" compared to Main Monitor and Monitor 2 (which are both at the same height). All monitors are identical (4K x 2K) and have been configured to run at a lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 60 fps. Prior to X-Plane 11 version 11.21 r2 this all used to be handled automatically by X-Plane, but since the last Window Update (I'm now running Windows 10 Home version 10.0.17134 Build 17134) this doesn't seem to work anymore. Note this is NOT a question of how to align my in-game view as I've already got that figured out and set. It's just I can't get my mouse to reach the leftmost screen anymore once X-Plane is running.

I forgot to mention we are actually running 5 monitors - 3 large ones hooked up to one graphics card, and 2 more (smaller monitors for Air Manager displays) hooked up to a secondary graphics card in the same system. If we unplug  the 2 smaller monitors, X-Plane will properly align the 3 large monitors vertically, so the mouse can reach all 3. So I think it is a problem with the current version of X-Plane. We're trying various work-arounds such as reorganizing the monitor layout in Windows to see if we can reach all 5 monitors with the mouse  while in X-Plane.

You mention that prior to the Windows OS update this was handled fine by X-Plane. I believe X-Plane gets the monitor positioning directly from the OS, so check how the monitors are set up in the OS options. I can adjust the positioning of two monitors in the OS settings on my computer and see the Main monitor / Monitor 1 locations in Settings adjust accordingly.

Also note that X-Plane will only recognize 1 GPU and may not be able to use monitors plugged into a secondary GPU.
