How to get my ATC to respond?

Hi guys,

I am wondering if someone could help me as I tried everything I could think of. I have plane 10 with the Jar Design A330...I manage to set up everything properly and file a flight plan. I manage also to ask for clearance. But as soon as I click on request taxi, nothing happens at all.....no response whatsoever...I have no idea what the problem is. I checked all frequencies even using the ATC box and still nothing. Any ideas?

If you are using AI aircraft, the controller may be "busy" with them. You can turn off AI to have the ATC to yourself and not have to wait.
