x plane 11 not working

I downloaded the game X plane 11 from Steam and when the download is finished, enter the game but do not just get out a black screen and then disappear. What's the solution?

Try ordering the set of disks off amazon. It comes with a set of 8 disks that you load onto your computer one by one. It might work better than downloading something off the internet because the file is so large. It might also be that the computer isn't fast enough to support it.
