WED does not support 8.33kHz separation frequencies

Question

Europe has recently been adopting 8.33kHz spacing frequencies. Wanted to update my home airport EGBB frequencies, which have already been converted to 8.33kHz, but WED will not allow me to do it. It insists on 25kHz separation. I am using the latest available version 1.7.0r3.
Do you have any plans to accommodate that change in WED in near future?

Yes, we would like to add this capability to WED. It requires an update to the scenery file format however, so it is dependent on that change. WED will be in sync with X-Plane once this is possible. (I think we are hoping to be able to do this in the next major WED update actually.)
