Couldn't Load the Sound Bank

Question

After installing the 11.21 revision update, the program stops after I click "Start Flight" with the following message:

Be Advised

Couldn't load the sound bank!

Master Bank.bank

(veh_planes_read.cpp:2491)

I get a button to click ("Undestood"), whereupon the program stops.  I reviewed a previously submitted question of a similar issue where the Answer recommended moving the "Sounds" folder from where it is supposed to be, and then running the X-Plane 11 installer.app.  I tried that with no success.  Any help would be appreciated.

What aircraft is this with? If it is a default aircraft, run the installer & pick "update" to ensure all default files are in place.
