Campbell River CYBL localizer will capture , completely miss align then quit. How can this be corrected?

Using xplane 9,I've tried several times to fly the localizer at CYBL and it keep failing. When I upgraded to xplane 10 I still run into the same problem. Localizer seems to capture then fails shortly after. I made sure I updated my xplane 10 with no resolve. What can be done to correct this problem? Thanks.

You'll need to provide specific details on how to recreate this. I was able to fly the rwy 11 ILS both by hand and with the autopilot in the default C172. Do you have custom scenery or airplanes? Perhaps something isn't set up right in them.
