Opening who is online from plugin menu using vatsim see nor hear nothing please help in dropdown menu x-plane vats was installed correctly

What plugin are you using?  The best one is http://www.xsquawkbox.net/xsb/ - You can get support there.  I use it and no problems so far.

Current Version: XSquawkBox 1.3.1 - Check by going to .../plugins/XSquawkBox/Docs/readme.txt

Hi Jan,

I think your best bet is to take this to the VATSIM forums, I am sure someone knowledgable might give you better advice there. It could be anything, and the details you provided is akin to someone calling the doc and saying "I am sick, whats wrong with me?" ;-)
