x-plane 11.25 momentary freezes

Question

Trouble with latest update. I get micro stutters and I can see the ailerons flapping up and down, outside view with stock cessna.

Frame rates go from mid 60.'s to around 10-15 then after 20 seconds of doing this it goes back to normal. This is ruining the smooth flight experience I used to have.

Do you have any idea when this started? What else might have changed in your install around that time, such as an OS update, new add on installed, etc. The first step to troubleshoot is always to remove addons to see if the issue still happens with the default sim. Next is resetting to default preferences.
