Enable VR is grey

Hi,

The enable VR hardware is in grey and can not check this box

The enale vr mouse cursor can be checked.

I have a Acer AH101-D0C0 Mixed Reality HMD.

If the checkbox for VR is unavailable, it means your system is not set up for it. Many times this is because the GPU does not meet minimum requirements. Here are the requirements for WMD devices.
