I cannot see all the cockpit instruments, how can i change this?

_{in my cockpit i can only see top row of instruments and a little bit of the next row down. how do i change it so i can see all of them?}

Try adjusting the field of view in Settings > Graphics > monitor configuration. Setting it to a higher number will expand the angle of the view on screen.
