Xplane 11 was installed on my computer. I had Microsoft One Drive installed on my computer. I went to the cloud and found way too many unnecessary files being backed up. So I started to delete them but gave up and elected to uninstall One Drive. After the uninstall of Microsoft One Drive I noticed that the Exe file was missing in my Xplane folder. I checked and it was completely missing from the whole computer. No, it was not in the recycle bin. So, I decided to delete the whole Xplane directory and reinstall. The only problem was Xplane was doing a Scenery Update and not an install. It's like Xplane 11 was still on my computer and it was modifying it.

Hi Jim, Mad153 is right, You have to delete only the folder "xplane11". The easiest and only way to delete this program and it works.

Kind regards,

My first attempt at download of DVDs when haywire and didn't work properly. I got help from Microsoft (upper division tech) who helped me clean the bad upload off. Files were scattered all over my C drive. He did a search on C and found every file and deleted them. It took him about 10 minutes to find them all. When nothing else showed on the C drive with X-Plane in the name, we reloaded the discs and it worked fine the second time.
