X plane 10, Cesna 172 not starting

Question

Good day

If all starts off well, but then when you have to turn the ignition all the way to get it started, it barely moves.

Not getting engine started at all...

Any ideas please?

Hi and thanx for the reply.

I asked for my husband who actually is the player.

Gave him your answer but he said it has nothing to do with the mixture. Thanx anyway.

Aviation is one thing I personally know nothing about so thanx anyway.

Hi I noticed that if the mixture control knob (red) is out it is lean so I move it all the way in so its rich and it starts ok for me hope this helps, I am new at this so I am no expert I found that only because i have the same problem  hope this helps.
