American MD 80 Night Time Display Issue

Question

When viewing the American MD 80 at night when the aircraft is in motion it is surrounded by a bunch of glowing 'dots' or lines.  I'm not sure if it's a plugin or a setting causing this - I've turned reflections off - and turned the lights off.  It only appears when the aircraft is in motion.   Has anyone else seen this?  (Screenshot attached)

Hey thanks! -- I had installed a plugin that to "enable" you press Ctrl+M -- and that I s'pose made a conflict -- Accidentally found that pressing ctrl+m two more times made all the lines and things go away.  Thanks!
