New to x-plane 11. Is there a manual for the default x-plane-11 Boeing 737 aircraft that shows and explains the cockpit switches, buttons, levers, etc, a tutorial that demonstrates startup, taxi,takeoff, cruise, landings, and engine shutdown?  What are the normal take-off and landing speeds and flap settings.
