I have been using the Saitek Flight yoke for about a year now and all of a sudden five days ago it was not recognized anymore by X-plane 11.

I have done pretty much everything there is on the web (including the drivers update from Windows and from the Logitech site, changing the preferences name, etc). I even did a fresh X-plane 11 re-install from steam and bought a brand new Saitek Yoke to see if the problem was the actual yoke (I pretty much love the product).

None of these worked. The yoke works on FSX steam but it is not recognized by X-plane 11.

I don't know what else to do.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi PG,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

Just because your Logitech products work in FSX and other flight sim packages doesn't mean it will work in X-Plane.

Use the same logic for your product as explained in the following link found at https://questions.x-plane.com/21089/joystick-sensitivity-to-high

As a sideline issue Steam is a 3rd party hybrid that has no connection with Laminar Research the creators of the official X-Plane version.

Good luck in solving your problem

Glenn
