Trying to load X-plane 10 and update but server will not connect.

Question

I loaded the first CD and when I selected the update option, I keep getting a message that states the server is not working properly and it will try again in 30 seconds. After the count down, it tries but can not connect. It tries to connect with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey Jim - What error message is it giving you here? Are you behind a firewall, perhaps? Thanks!
