cannot enter any more values for the 3 rotation settings in Monitor 0

Question

I have the problem that I cannot enter any more values for the 3 rotation settings for monitor 0 (beamer 0), for monitor 1 (beamer 1) this works perfectly.
The values in Monitor 0 also flicker.
In the beginning it worked with both monitors (beamers). I work with 2 beamers and a PC)

Can anyone help me?
