Low sound for ATC.

Question

After installing latest update for X-Plane 11 I can barely hear ATC and can't even hear copilot reading back even with sound set to MAX.

I have been having nothing but problems trying to submit a request for help that I don't know if this is the correct form to use.

Can't send.  Asking for log and don't have one.

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

The log.txt file is automatically generated immediately after a "crash" or a "normal" shut-down  and can be or should be found in the X-Plane "root directory".

I was able to complete form  http://dev.x-plane.com/support/bugreport.html adding various logs.

This problem has been fixed by update 11.30b.  Able to hear both ATC and Copilot answering back. Thank you.
