Can you transfer the license between a PC and an iMac?

I currently have a PC but plan on buying an iMac in six months. Can I use the license from the PC version on the iMac download?

Yes, X-Plane 10 Global works on Mac, Windows, & Linux operating systems. There is no problem having more than one installation of X-Plane on multiple computers or operating systems.
