Hi James,
I believe the creator of the A320 Neo included some DRM with the plane. You should have an authorization code of some sort that will unlock the plane. When you first start the plane it should ask you to enter your code. If it doesn't, I think you can move the A320 folder to the desktop, start X-Plane, quit, put the folder back, and start X-Plane again. It will simulate a new install of the aircraft and should bring up that authorization box again.
