After entering the product key and unlocking the  X-Plane-11 programme. I got the message

Finished Adding/Removing Scenery...There was an error updating your Scenery. Some may not be usable.  Contact Laminar  Research Tech Support.

As it seems almost impossible to contact  support. Could someone tell me the name of the required Scenery  file and where on the X plane site  I would be able to find the necessary download

Problem has been resolved... On third update attempt all went well and Scenery installed OK
