in xplane 11.30 fps verry low

Hallo

I have x plane 11.30 installed. After that, my frame rate has dropped from 30-32 fps to 17-21 fps. What do I have to do to get the old Framarate back?The graphics settings I have not changed and the graphics card can vulkan.
My graphics card AMD Radeon R9 390 8GB RAM
