ERROR 5:20002 having trouble installing with the CD, how do I install properly?

I have tried to install the first disc and i keep getting error, i only get as far as selecting the regions. once i select the region i get more errors. i even have trouble finding the disc on the computer, it appears and then it dissapears. any help would be great!

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

When performing the installation are you running in the "Administrator" mode?  Have you disabled your antivirus and malware software?
