It seems this question hasn't been asked here yet since it isn't listed above. This is essential for getting the complete experience of a flight starting from parked and thence taxiing to the runway after getting clearance from ground control. I like to go through the complete preflight check list and proper engine startup routine before taxing and taking off. I would also like to set that as the default startup if I may.
