XACARS no longer shows on the pluggin menu , MAC or Windons after installing or update version 11.30 ?

After updated to x-plane 11.30 on MAAC the xacars plugin no longer shows on the menu .

New Installation for  Windows also does not load the XACars menu after installing the files from XACARS.net it on resources/plugin
