Ground crew window

Question

Ok I'm new at all this. But I'm having some serious problems and I don't know what to do.

I'm going to play the game, but when I start, the window with ground crew pops up out of no where. I tried difrent things. And it's seems random also. I have no clue. It happens when I'm at the terminal. If someone knows or may can help, please xplain it very simple lol

I'm just a fellow simmer in the UK (not from Laminar Research), do you have any Ground Handling or Ground Services plugins in your C:\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins folder?

If you have, the problem could be related to one of these, or the settings for such?
