I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.
Without you providing some details on your system running x-plane and what format of x-plane ie the official and original version from Laminar Research or the 3rd party hybrid called steam you cannot expect any assistance.
Until you provide those details in the first instance you should attach your Log.txt file.

Bluntly answering you are asking "how many flies in the buttermilk" without indicating how many litres of buttermilk is available and how old is it.
Until you provide more details it is difficult to provide any type of answer.
