Issues with Flight controls and latest update

Question

The latest update has caused my flight controls (in particular the roll axis) to be out of control.  I have read through other articles posted and have done the regedit - remove/delete, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and still have an issue where the controls "spasm" and won't stay at zero.

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.
