Synchronize ground traffic (cars and trains) between external visuals

Question

I have a setup of four (2x2) external visuals connected to a master simulation and most of the airport ground vehicles appear at the same position on the external visuals. Traffic outside the airport however (cars on highways and trains) just vanish at the border or appear out of nowhere. Is there a way to sync the four instances that exactly the same road and train traffic is generated in each instance? I tried to give all instances the same "--time_seed=XXX" parameter but it did not help.

Any ideas?

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

Are you having the same problem as HellGLNC ?  If so, you should raise your problem as a separate issue (question) because by raising it as an answer not only has the original question been lost because an answer has been provided.  Your problem has also been lost because it has been asked as answer to another flight simmer's question. 

I am not able to provide an answer to the original question.
