XPlanes won't load to MacBook Air. Can I have refund?

Bought this flight sim to hopefully fun on MacBook Air as I am partially disabled. Cannot get sim to install, therefore suspect non compatibility issues. Would like a refund please.

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

Sorry to hear that it is not going to work.  Before you ask for the refund have a look at the following link found at https://www.x-plane.com/kb/x-plane-11-system-requirements/  just to confirm your unit will not work with X-Plane.

At present you have asked your question in the wrong place. This forum will not provide the refund. 

On the basis you have purchased your digital download from Laminar Research you need to contact them starting at [email protected]  If you have purchased a steam version you need to talk to steam.  How?  I don't know as the steam version is a different package and not sold by Laminar or supported on this forum.
