XP11 flickering/shimmering textures on ground and at buildings

My ground textures are shimmering. Same for buildings.... pls Help me, it is really hard to look at.

Have a look at the following link found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdhfM6H_IKo produced by Michael Brown.  Michael has a business in the USA that builds PCs predominantly for X-Plane.  He has produced many other useful videos related to X-Plane.  Laminar Research recommends this business as the preferred supplier of PCs suitable for X-Plane within the USA.
