Unable to fail nose gear in B767

Question

I've installed Flight Factor's B767 to X-Plane 11 without issue. I wish to create a situation replicating the Gimli Glider event, where the nose gear collapses on landing. I've failed the nose gear withing Flight Configuration, however the aircraft lands with nose wheel down, and locked. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I’m pretty sure that Flightfactor haven’t simulated physical faults meaning even if you select a fault it won’t do anything to the aircraft.
