I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.
Laminar Research produces a great product from a very small staff base. Before Christmas there was a staffer assigned to look after questions raised in this forum. That situation no longer exists due to loss of staff in other areas.
Because of low staff numbers Laminar's main objective is the development of the software and not towards any development or improvement in aircraft. They rely on others for that work.
In your situation it would be advisable to search for a 3rd party product that suits your requirements.
