I am not with Laminar Research just a flight simmer from downunder.
I did a search using Dr Google. Open GL is part of or associated with the windows operating system. Have a look at the following link found at https://www.google.com/search?q=open+GL+version+2.0+driver&rlz=1C1GCEA_enAU744AU744&oq=open+GL+version+2.0+driver&aqs=chrome..69i57.13220j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 whereby you can update to OpenGL2.0 and also give you a definition.
