Boeing 738 wont hold altitude

Question

the default 738 won't hold the crz alt. The max speed it can have when cruising is 172 knt.. And when i'm looking on youtube they have around 270 knt at crz alt. Pls help me.

Thank you for your reply. I have fixed the problem. The problem was that the elevator pitch knob on my Throttle was positioned to the ”pitch up”. And because of that,the pitch couldn't move.
