How do I download x-plane 11.35 NY and DC landmark scenery packs?

I keep reading about the new New York and Washington DC landmark scenery packs with instructions to download, unzip and copy to custom scenery folder.  But from where do I download them?

It installs as part of the 11.35 update, no separate scenery packs to download.  Check your “Custom Scenery” folder to see if the two new folders are in there.
