The installation completed okay, but the subsequent program startup process completes about 80%, getting as far as far as "Finishing asynchronous loading" before it hangs and stops responding. I tried rebooting the computer, deleting and reinstalling the app, but the results are the same. X-Plane 9, which is still installed on the same computer, continues to run fine. The log file from the last startup attempt is attached.
It's not surprising that the startup appears to hang (or is taking forever). Your laptop spec is unfortunately way short of X-Plane 11's system requirements. X-Plane 11 is a very resource intensive application, compared to XP9. The integrated HD 4000 graphics is orders of magnitude below what XP11 requires.
