how do I increase virtual memory for xplane 10.30

Question

I am running windows7 32 bit & the instructions given on site are

click on start

type cmd

right click on prompt ( I then get sub menu mark,copy, paste etc no way to elect administraor

I am logged in as admin but still can't release more memory.

Can anyone please HELP!
