what do i get for buying xplane 10?

the deal where you buy xplane 10 digital now and get xplane 11 digital when it comes out, is this global or regional?

X-Plane 11 "Global", yes. If you purchase X-Plane 10 DIGITAL now THROUGH the X-Plane.com website only, you get a license key which is eligible for the full version of X-Plane 11, no strings attached. :-)
