my save screen is black how do you fix it

When i fly for a while and want to save my game, I go to save and it is black or grey. A blank screen

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

Firstly does your system meet the system requirements; preferably the recommended requirements?  Details can be found at https://www.x-plane.com/kb/x-plane-11-system-requirements/

Secondly you need to ensure your graphics card driver is up to date.  Disregard what your operating system tells you.  The information may be incorrect.

If your research tells you the above is all OK then attach your log.txt file so that others with a greater knowledge base than me can offer a solution.
