my screen keeps going dark is there a way to fix it?

after i updated x plane 11 i done a long flight and the screen went dark and then fully black i had to go to a different camera and the it fixed but then it done it again is this a bug or is there a way to fix it

Hi, this is due to hypoxia, probably because of a pressurisation failure or a wrong manipulation.
In such a case, you need to descend to flight level 100 or lower. You can also reset failures or deactivate hypoxia in the settings.
