To solve your problem you need to contact the business that sold you the X-Plane software.  This is the only answer you will get in this forum.

On the other side of the coin have you looked for other 3rd party businesses selling aircraft, in your case helicopters, that may satisfy your needs.. One contact is to try X-Plane.Org
