All of a sudden controls start working erratically

Question

All of a sudden I am unable control planes using a joystick.  I reprogrammed the joystick but to no avail. The axes on the joystick reverse themselves.  The nose wheel does not work on takeoff roll.  I am using a 787 aircraft.  Here is log.txt after plane crash.

Did you just update to 1050b4? We have found a bug where on some third party aircraft the flight controls are reversed. This should be fixed in beta 5 which we hope to have out in the next few days.

OMG.  Yes I did update to 1050b4.  I thought after all these years I was missing something.
