How do I make a control canard?

I'm making a tri-surface control airplane with a control canard, only I can't find anything for a control canard.

I'm not very familiar with building planes and aircraft part terminology, but from my Googling, I think a canard would be designed and added like another wing. Have you tried using the Misc. Wings screen? This section of the Plane Maker manual briefly covers the differences between this screen & the main Wings screen.

I need an all-moving control canard, not a lifting canard.

I believe Misc Wings can also be made movable in the Foils screen. I'm not very knowledgable aside from what's in the manual though. For such a specific issue, you might get better help from experienced designers at the forums at X-Plane.org.
